In fact, after a decade of hard to navigate, my body was really feeling the negative effects of not stretching or disruption of development by the waves of my muscle groups, especially after the heavy surf trips! When I further research with a therapist friend, I had the opportunity to develop a routine for major muscle groups (faded in the days of surf or flat!) Support for surfing.
